I remember almost drowning as a youngin. After all my struggle to get above water I just couldn't. At some point I gave up and started excepting the fact that I was going to die. In that realization as I desended, I was completely aware of my self. Things seemed like they were in slow motion but wonderful. It was the most beautiful peaceful moment I had experienced. Suddenly a really tall swimmer white dude came out of no where and pulled me up. As I gasped for air I heard him say "I gotcha buddy". I knew it was him saying it, but inside I interpreted those words as the universe speaking to me. Saying I gotcha, no matter what you experience.

One of the happiest aspects of Eckhart's personality, is his unassuming nature. There are musicians like that. They don't gyrate all over the stage, they just play, or sing. They "just" are. The music is in them, and they are in the music. That is awareness.

Satipattana sutta is in core of buddhas teachings (which is tradition Tolle is dumbing down) and is translated as continuation of mindfullness, sati. This reguires cultivation of wisdom, investigation, brahma viharas and persistance. Mindfullness isnt something done by me, neither is attatchment, they are functions of the mind, conditionally arising. So condition your mind to continuously have conditions for mindfullness arise. You cant get the while picture without it. Its like watching a movie but 90% of the movie you been watching your phone. You wont know whats been happening, missing the chain of causes and effects.

Saying goodbye to the ego may allow the id to run riot leading to constant instant gratification. Intuition is our best friend. Love it and listen to it. Spirit loves us in all ways. Sometimes we are interfering with information, but try it and see if you can get the message to help and love you on your path. Many blessings to all who hear this! I love you more than you could fathom. We all are working each day and shouldn’t be without gods divine messages. Thank god for all the people who try and succeed with sharing love. @sockneman2 жыл бұрын
This is great. That is my practice right now. When I remember, I ask myself, ”are you mindful?” Then I say, ”I don’t know let me check” and I try to experience three things with my senses. It could be the warmth of the sun against my skin, or a tingling in my right knee or the sound of a bird. I have bought myself a clicker (counter) which I carry around and then I give myself three clicks. I try to be honest to myself and be truly aware, not to conceptualize what I experience with my senses; not to give the bird a name say blackbird - just experience it. It is a fun game and rewarding to see at the end of the day how many clicks I got that day!

Eckhart Tolie is a true Guru a guru who can point and uncondition the listener to close towards presence stillness ..one can learn where one stands when we listen to him in a very serious sense ..ppl may lack the confidence to learn they have some degree of presence Eckhart puts one on the place and makes further progress ..it's a freedom typical.of a neat guru ..THANK YOU SIR ECKHART TOLIE..A GURU

Whenever you feel that you are over there, ask yourself, "Where are you?" The right answer is " I am here." And "What time is it?" It's Now. Whenever or wherever you are, ask yourself "I am present?" When you're driven by thoughts, the question replaces you to the present. If you're alert, or present and not away, you don't need to ask yourself any question, just you are! With time practice, you will observe that time becomes shorter more and more between these questions.

Observe with awareness rather than the interpreting mind. Alertness keeps thinking at bay, or thinking over-powers you. There is no straining or willfulness behind the alertness. It's relaxed, like vibration can be higher or lower. Thanks Eckhart. 😊🍾🎺🌴💯🌲📯🍁

His speaches are always interesting, and often with some humour ! But, here I have to say that not all fully enlightened or aware humans are here just because it's enjoyable! On the contrary! Often, these beings are here to show the path to enlightenment to others seeking, and often those light beings have a very tough time on this plane. Because of their good nature and kindness. When not protected by a community or so, then they are very vulnerable. And the lower vibrational people seek to harm them to the core. This needs to be known. Because those few of the fully conscious beings need to be protected in order to help, whilst in a safe environment. 🙏

@@juststop022 Simple noticing that I‘m in four different places and scenes in my mind isn‘t enough for me. I have to remind me to stop thinking and having conversations in my mind that have nothing to do (or sometimes it actually has) with where I‘m now. Thankyou eckhart, your wisdom is just what I need now at this moment, I’ve done absorbing everything I wanted to know, that was a fun time, sometimes overwhelming myself with information at times. However now it’s a wonder to just be free from myself, to sit and be, and in that being there is a deeper gratitude just for sharing space with a plant and even just being while everyone is busy and still I appreciate there being, it’s a state that I can’t even makes words of. This way of explaining an experience doesn’t even begin to define the wonder available to us in every moment, I can’t tell of it to anyone. I was a very unconscious person, parent etc, then life as it does, broke down and I was slowly born anew. Thankyou eternally, I feel like I got off with a life sentence for a crime I never committed, so every day feels vibrant and realer than I thought life ever would be. I am in love with this entire creation. Thankyou eckhart for supporting us through these times with words and wisdom for what we all can all become with some conscious effort. All it starts with is a thought to change your mind and use it as a tool rather than you be a tool for the mind to use. We are spiritual beings having a human experience, not the other way around. Love to alll.
