Anitra Gunn case: Accused killer's aunt recalls last time she saw Gunn alive

Shree Tolbert was called to the stand as a witness for the prosecution in the trial of Demarcus Little. Prosecutors believe Tolbert was the last person to see Anitra Gunn alive, and that her home was the place where her nephew killed Gunn.

One of the biggest mistakes adults and parents make is allowing teens and unmarried young people to have sexual relations and spend the night under their roof in their house like it’s normal. You actually put someone’s daughter in harm’s way. Anitra was isolated with those people. She was away at college and should have remained connected with college people.

The prosecution does a great job of painting the idea that there was no way the aunt was present during the time Ms. Gunn was being murdered & yet she didn’t hear anything. The rooms were in close proximity. It’s kind of hard to believe she didn’t hear any commotion that day.

Me too, I remember her picture for some reason but, not the story. There was nothing wrong with Anitra, that devil probably told them lies about her. This is so terrible. She was such a beautiful, smart young lady. Matters of the heart get us everytime. Anitra probably felt a connection to that boy because they both lost their mother. Did you see his testimony?
