Kriti as always you're very friendly. But here - after 20 years in Denmark - she hasn't understood the differencies in the Danish system versus US or even explained differences, the reason why people there and outside USA havent understood the truth . Nor even been explained why the many differences. She says that in the Danish system we have way over taxes in Denmark vs US system. She should have told that that isn't at all true. Reason: Heavy burdens are left to the US hardworking citisens to solve on their own - e.g here in Denmark a lot of the education up to 26 years of age, help paying accomodation till same age when studying, no tuition fees. And re the unbelievably unfair systems around healthcare in the US. A LOT of people counting on their not sick situation and faints whenever it hits them with faints and struggle or lose their everything and minds when the bills arrives. Ambulance in US bills rediculous. Giving birth (not a desease) can cost thousands of USD - what do you gain with having kids with those odds even down to breasttouch your newborn? 40 maybe more dollars to warm and cuddle the newborn and speculate that it is too expensive for you. And much more? Here in Denmark we have very few homeless because of our safety net due to our "high" taxes - nobody needs to be homeless and suffer hunger. If people in US incalculate the vast "extra" amounts they need because they have not calculated with them and a lot of other things not clear to US citizens and the world is alarming. Google and You tube exists. I have not read the book. Bare with me :-)

Great video 😀. Already a fan of Kay's 👍 She is usually spot on, when it comes to us Danes😎. This time is no exception 😌. Totally true about Denmark and Sweden. They are often called the Germans of Scandinavia, where Danes are often known as the Italians of Scandinavia😬. Anyway! Denmark.., Pros & Cons. We are who we are🥴, and yet again..., Kay is SO spot on 👍😳👍 !!

@@KritiPrajapati I want to understand one thing which I didn't get anywhere on KZbin videos, I want to know if Indian family moves to Copenhagen with kids (now 5th and 8th class CBSE English in India). And if kids to study in local Denmark school then how they will adjust in that school? What are the challenges they will face? What preparation we can do in India for kids education. 9th class chid is bigger. How bigger child will adjust in local school. Will it be very difficult?. International schools are having very high fees whereas local school are free from fees..Would you please help for these answer if possible?

@@yogeshchaudhari4619 All public schools (Free schools) in Denmark are in Danish. So langauge will become the biggest challenge for kids who are already in 8th-9th class. I would suggest you to read more about schools at international.kk.dk/live/childcare-and-school/going-to-school I would also suggest you to connect with people in 'Indians in Denmark' Facebook group with this question as I don't have first-hand experience. I do plan to make video on Danish Educatio system soon.

Hi Kriti, Thank you for this very informative video. Regarding the communication with the boss I can say that as expats we can't be as comfortable as Danish people :D Because if we lose our job we will need to consume our pocket :D Btw, I really enjoy your videos and want to thank you for your effort :)

Hlo , awesome video. Can u please answer how hard it Is to find a job after masters in engineering in Denmark , is it as hard as in India?? Thank you
@holmbjerg Жыл бұрын
It is easy to get engineering jobs in Denmark. There is a constant shortage on engineers and the demand is only growing. It is exactly the high paying, high speciality positions that are difficult to fill.
