I think googleuser was saying anc mode on and the headphones volume at 60% not anc at 60%...but yes I'd imagine you couldn't hear the music.

Max volume, you could be heard from 3 to 4 feet away. 60% volume is more like 5 inches than with ANC on it's just a little bit quieter.

I just bought these a couple of days ago. They must have updated this model. There is a designated ANC/transparency button on the right side now. Also no issues or buzzing with the ANC. There is also a chime and clear prompt for ANC and Transparency. Very nice update, these are super solid. The lows are definitely present and the highs and mids are separated and pretty clear. The ANC is very respectable for the price. I compared it the Sony XM4's, Sony does a better job with the highs but the lows are definitely drowned out, no complaints. I bought them on Prime Day well worth $65. My only ask is app support, which would really add value. I specifically bought these for watching movies and TV with headphones, and they work well my NVIDIA shield TV paired since it supports APTX. There is little to no lag with any of the streaming platforms. My last check is to see if APTX low latency works, which I will need to get a receiver to try that out. Overall at this price point, you will not beat this, period.

These may be worth revisiting and re-reviewing. Just went on Amazon to purchase and they seem to have had a major upgrade. 5 mics, 2 ANC chips, USB to 3.5mm jack, and are now claiming 80hr playtime with a quick 5 minutes charge giving 5hrs of runtime. If you can get your hands on the updated version, I'd be well interested in seeing what the differences are! Great review though mate. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

@@AtHomewithLucas - they must have seen your video review! 😂 Literally everything you had a grumble with, seems to be remedied. They've made improvements to the bass and mids, too. I'm close to getting them, but can't see a review for them on YT since the update. I was toying with the E700's but I don't see the point in getting those if the E600 upgrade is as significant as it seems.

As I've not reviewed the Q45's, I can't speak to their quality. But the Ankbit are still my go-to headphones. They are super comfortable with amazing sound quality. And in the years I've used them, nothing is making me want an upgrade.

Great review but you're making too much out of the ANC notification. It's not like you're contantly switching it on and off...like changing songs. I just ordered a pair through an Amazon flash deal for $45. Hope they do what I'm hoping they will do...just solid performance, not top of the line.

Sadly you will never know how bad the anc on anc off is because they changed it to a tone on the newest headphones.

Buzzing sound is standard for most ANC headphones? I think not! I have tried many brands of noise canceling headphones and not once I ever heard any buzzing. Have you tried any other noise cancellation headphones? If so, which ones to compare and contrast the effectiveness of noise isolation.

When the Noise Canceling function is set to on, you may hear white noise, a small electrical noise with continuous static sound. The white noise is generated because of the characteristics of the Noise Canceling function. This is not a malfunction of the headphones.

I got mine and all the buttons like ALL are on the right headphone. The left has NOTHING on it. Also i played it for 4 hours then it shut off. I plugged in the charger and its red as if this needs charging. What happened to 60 hours... i bought these of Amazon prime.....they look almost the same except they get hot after 2 hours of musoc if you move bit they do move enough and bend so you can get some air in there. I plan for these on trains ect so I need the noise cancelling technology as well. I like the bass heavy sound, bit o need the charge to hold!!! I tried connecting to BBC on my tv but the volume is always gonna be whatever it ws when you played music because the cable box doesnt paor with voloumes on bluetooth headphones yes my BOSE speaker but not headphone...why the difference in WHERE the buttons ARE ? IT BUG ME. Oh they say Lavales NOT ankbit.....did amazon send me a clone??

I did get the long battery life and for 100$ they sound good. Even better for big popcorn movies....sorry my damn comments are always long ramblings LOL i blame my MEDS . LOL ut yeah it must be either a clone or clone they made on purpose themselves...is that even a thing in Manufacturing? With China anything is possible but this? I dunno.. i got these off Amazon. They were called: Manufacturer: Lavales Sold By: MOPAI TECH THAT WAS COPIED AND PASTED... PS THX FOR THE HELP.

I have not been able to get my computer to "see" the headphones. The headphones are turned on, Bluetooth is enabled on the computer, but when I click on Add Bluetooth or other device, nothing shows up. Any suggestions?

I'm not being funny but their customer service is dog turd i've been getting ignored for 3 weeks straight and on top of that i've had them for 6 months or less and they've already broken, they work completely fine connected to a PC or laptop but without a cable they're completely useless? No wireless mode they won't turn on anymore and you can't even reset them, worst purchase of my entire life I cannot lie

...those two figures determine how good the equipment is in reproducing whatever audio is heard & its ultimate enjoyment. I NEVER BUY ANYTHING AUDIO WITHOUT KNOWING THOSE SPECS!!!!! I would rather have the issues I might have with the JBL models I'm leaning toward than buying something that I know might be deceptive in credibility to shill a specific gadget! No, they are not headphones, they are over the ear headphones, get it right. Earbuds as we know are inside of the ear headphones. Headphones terms is more like the umbrella of all ear wearable headphones
