Dropped the ESR once from waist height a week after getting it and the cover is noticeably wobbly and can be slightly lifted

testing my black esr right now and it is charging my xs max and the esr is pulling 8w from my usb-c cable so i am assuming it is. when i pull the phone off it still shows 8w charging from cable but if i let it power off and then charge it, it shows 17w from the usb-c cable. if you press the button to turn it back on, it will drop to 8w again and start the wireless charging.

The ESR faceplate scratches too easily. I was sad after I saw a few scratches after just a week of buying it.

Yeah it does scratch pretty easy but as long as it works as its supposed to, it doesn't bother me that much.
