Yes, both this one and the Belkin have weighted bases, that allow you to remove your phone and keep the charger on the flat surface.

Is there any benefit of this stand charger over Anker’s 3-1 foldable one (also Qi2)?

Not really, the foldable one has the same 3 chargers as this stand.

It seems like the anker can’t be used for Night stand mode on the iPhone right?

Standby mode can be used with the charger, because you can place the iPhone in horizontal position. The only difference from Belkin’s, is that on theirs, you can swivel the iPhone charging base to a different angle.

Does the led light disappear after a few minutes for the airpods

Yes it does. When you place a device on the charging pad, it comes on for a moment and then shuts off.
