+TorQue WreNcH it depends on your charger, and also i never emptied. I use it once a day to recharge my phone from 30 to 100% After a week of usage it only drops two 50%.

AL Tech i saw many say it takes almost overnight to charge it,From total zero to 100%,that's really long hours for 13000mah pb..
