You can add hyperlinks in the cards using Power Format Pack add-on so you don't have to copy links into the browser. Great stuff by the way!

Do you have an issue with anki presenting cards in random order when learning something for the first time? How do you go about establishing the foundation? Is there a way to have anki present cards in the order you added them first and then make it random?

If you go to options (The gear icon beside your decks) there's a setting under 'New Cards' where you can choose to have new cards appear in random order or the order that you made them in
