Funny, I got 6.7 inches on my right foot, feeling the pinch in the front, but only 5.1 inches on the left, feeling the stretch in the back. Definitely something i will be working on! Thanks!

Guys please give yourselves more credit. If the measurement was from the heel for pass fail then everyone in the world would pass by almost a factor of two. Measure from the toes

Should his feet be angled out so far? Wouldn't that cause problems with bone alignment of the femur and exterior rotation causing eventual knee problems? ?

First of all, thank You for very informative video. Im struggling with squat aka snatch ankle mobility. At least i tough that i am lacking ankle mobility . I did the test and im definitely above average with 5.7 inches yet again i cant do the squat or overhead squat ( snatch ) without my upper body falling forward. Not sure where to go from here . Any advice very much appreciated. Cheers

On the wall ankle mobility,my left leg lacks around half the way of the right leg. Is it a problem if I do more than on the left leg 100 reps,200 reps ( for a day ) more and with pause on each for 2-3 seconds ? Just to mention,no problem doing all the exercises,feeling good and have energy ,not soreness

What if my left foot has less then half the mobility of my right? And when I perform the test it doesn't stretch in my gastrocnemius but in my akeles?
