Very informative. I have seen Dr. Parekh. He is very nice, knowledgeable and kind. The kind of doctor that you immediately know that you are in great hands.

Dear Dr. Parekh, thank you for all these informations. My ankle is fused for about 5 years now without any benefit to the prior state. I am still in pain, very or even more limited in acticities and additionally lost the motion of the ankle which really drives me crazy. I would love to have some of the motion back and hopfully less consequential problems than i have to deal with from the fusion. Does the cadence implant already have a permit to be used in germany? And if yo do you know any surgeons in germany who use the cadence implant or could you recommend any surgeons in germany who are...let me say open minded towards ankle replacements for 'younger' patients? The ones i have spoken to are still strong supporters of fusion as a gold standard as treatment for ankle arthritis. Thank you

Can someone please explain how you can have higher survivorship at a farther time? For example at 22:03, the Infinity showed 90% survivorship at 13 months and 97% survivorship at 3 years. Thank you!
