Awesome vid. Does what you said about wearing ankle braces consistently apply to wearing knee braces as well? And what about hard landings on your ankles for certain moves (ie. 540 gyro)?

He gives some good exercises. But he isnt a physiologist so if u want to prevent or rehab for stronger ankles go look a sport scientists or a physiologist please before u will mess things up. Anatomy etc is much more complex than you think.

Some feedback: I feel that you're using "guys" too often when you speak. I think you can remove 80% of those without problem. ;)
