Sir if Due date of emi is 10th August and Emi deposited by customer is on 30th August than how many days DPD mentioned in CIBIL. 10 days will counted or 30-10= 20 days DPD will be mentioned in CIBIL

As told either DPD is written in number like 50 DPD it also means SMA-1 but what does DPD of 900 days would mean in CIBIL report here

Clearly substandard but usually these dpd are related to credit cards or dispute related to pending charges on closure of loans. Most of time loans are closed in such cases and dpd reflect only due to some small amount of charges pending

Discuss with borrower if any updation done in Kyc for dob. Pull two cibil with both different dob. Undertaking to be taken from client that the actual dob as per kyc is correct one and there was no other dob of client other than this updated in any govt. Record

Hi Deepak then in that case overdue amount must be for 03-20 time only since reporting is not updated post that period

No I mean to say that default occured in March 20 but post that whether that default was clear or not can not be ascertained since history is not reported post March 20. May be the debt got cleared on April 20 itself but we never know. You need to ask from client and take confirmation and then decide approving authority accordingly

Hiii, Sometimes I have observed that I run Consumer CIBIL from DOB as 01.10. 1980 but still report fetched different date of birth day 10.01. 1989 or say some other DOB. This happens due to once Borrower CIBIL might have been run with this DOB. Is it so !! Because when I again check my input page date where i inputted date to generate CIBIL I find that I have entered date of birth correctly as 01.10.1980 but every time CIBIL fetching wrong DOB. We can easily croos check correct DOB in NTB cases from KYC but the actual problem is faced in Existing Renewal/enhancement cases because CIBIl is run from the last year CIBIL reports in such cases.

Yes it happens due to some other banker have put in incorrect date of birth. Sometimes multiple pan matches also come across. In existing cases we can retrieve kyc from branch/operations or central database if need be. However I always prefer that while preparing sanction note, we should always mention age of the promoters and guarantor so that at the time of next renewal everyone can know

No, customer can pull his detailed cibil and from there only we can see the banks name by whom inquiry was done.

If the reporting is wrong, then you better need to take a letter from the concerned bank that the reporting is incorrect. Then write a complain to cibil to remove it
