Hello sir I've been recently diagnosed with AS(3months ago) i have had pain in both of my knees,right hands elbow and shoulder joint and toe. It all started with loose motions, and one day i woke up and found that my left knee was paining but i thought that might be because of cold but then it got worsen and i went to general physician he gave me some painkillers but it gave me relief for only few hours. Then i came back to my home town and consulted with an orthopedic surgeon he said it because of infection in my knees and he prescribed me medicines for 15 days ,but even this medicines didn't work then i consulted with another orthopedic serg. And he was able to diagnose my AS and he gave medicines which worked good and i was able to walk with a little support in just 2-3 days. Now it's been 2 months I'm taking treatment from him, as in the beginning i didn't knew which doctor i should go for but now I'm feeling 40-50% better than before,i follow low starch diet aswell as light yoga twice a day ,but there's still pain in my joints except in the back my back is normal for now. Sir according to you what should i do now?
