सर, spine lumber में pain ह। ra crp करवाया ह था negative आया था। फिर किसी पर dr के कहने से एक exercise कर ली तो neck spasm हो गया और अब हाथो carpel और elbow muscle में दर्द ह। सर ऐसा लगता ह जैसे पीठ पूरी spasm ह ।
