Because Tattoo Artists have become extremely litigious over the past few years and they like to file frivolous copyright lawsuits against people exhibiting their work on all forms of media. So it's probably just the studio being careful, or the tattoos are of other studios IP's, the tattoos are depicting something explicit or controversial.
