Annamalai is not like any other leader, to sit and watch the whole issue being slowly going unnoticed. DMK is capable of setting a false narratives and script a new story around it. Annamalai wanted to bring justice to the young girl who had the courage to file a case. He did not choose to instigate the students to agitate like DMK did during Hindi agitation sacrificing innocent students to win the election.
