Personally I write down whatever’s on my mind, like talking to myself and putting my thoughts into a written form. Some people like to answer questions etc - there’s no set rule on journaling :)

First day of the vlog a lot of things went wrong at school and I chose the big girl route of crying my eyes out 🥲 but besides that I was totally fine haha

Yes you totally can! But the older the get, the harder it gets to move your teeth, so it’s harder to close big gaps once you are an adult (without potential attachment loss)
