Amazing one again ! If I may ask, how much weight were you carrying while this trek? Also please make a video with the exercises or list of treks which an individual should do in order to grow stamina and experience level. I want to do this trek but not If i will be able to because I think I have not done enough treks to gain certain experience which will be required for these sort of treks ! Thank you Vipul for taking out time to write down such a meaningful comment. 🙏 I was carrying 10+ Kgs, the weight was mostly because of power bricks (6-7), camera gear and sleeping bag. Since it was my first time to Nepal, I had carried that much weight but now since I know the terrain and the challenges well, if I go again I will carry less than 5Kgs. I will be making informational videos also on the Annapurna circuit and other treks that I did in Nepal. It is really nice that you understand the importance of physical and mental fitness when we talk about the outdoors. Very few people take outdoors seriously. Thank you for that. I will definitely start writing down the points from the fitness point of view and I will come up with a video on the subject soon. Thank you for your wishes. Suspension bridges are very crucial to the village economy. The sound of the river was definitely full of force and fear but then it also helps you acknowledge the power nature posses.
