എൻ്റെ ബന്ധുവായ ഒരു പെൺകുട്ടി കേരളത്തിലെ ഒരു സർക്കാർ മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജിൽ ഒരു പ്രത്യേക വിഭാഗത്തിൽ ജോലിക്കാരി ആയിരുന്നു . പലപ്പോഴും ജോലിക്ക് കയറിയാൽ രണ്ടു ദിവസം തുടർച്ചയായി ജോലി ചെയ്യണം . ആളില്ല എന്നതാണ് വിശദീകരണം . ആ കുട്ടിയുടെ വിവാഹത്തിന് , ഒരാഴ്ച പോലും അവധി കിട്ടാൻ പാടുപെട്ടു . ഒടുവിൽ ദീർഘകാല അവധി എടുത്ത് വിദേശത്തേക്ക് പോയി..... സ്വകാര്യ മേഖലയിൽ തന്നെയല്ല സർക്കാർ മേഖലയിലും ചൂഷണം നടക്കുന്നു ..... തൊഴിലാളികളുടെ മാനസിക സമ്മർദ്ദം കുറയ്ക്കാൻ തൊഴിൽ ദാതാവും സർക്കാരും വിചാരിച്ചാൽ മതി . പാഛാത്യ രാജ്യങ്ങളിലേപ്പോലെ ദിവസം 8 മണിക്കൂർ ജോലി , ആഴ്ച്ചയിൽ അഞ്ചു ദിവസം ( 40 മണിക്കൂർ ) . അതിൽ കൂടുതൽ ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് ഓവർടൈം ശമ്പളം , ഓവർടൈം ജോലിക്ക് ഇരട്ടി ശമ്പളം , ഓവർടൈം ജോലി ചെയ്യാൻ നിർബന്ധിക്കരുത് , 8 മണിക്കൂർ ജോലിക്കിടയിൽ ഭക്ഷണം കഴിക്കാൻ അര മണിക്കൂർ ഇടവേള .... സർക്കാർ ചെയ്യേണ്ടത് ഇതിനുള്ള തൊഴിൽ നിയമം പുതുക്കൽ , ഈ നിയമങ്ങൾ പാലിക്കപ്പെടുന്നുണ്ടോ എന്ന് ഉറപ്പു വരുത്തുക .... പ്രശ്നം തീർന്നു ..... പണി ചെയ്യാതെ നോക്കുകൂലി വാങ്ങാൻ കൂട്ടു നിൽക്കുന്ന കേരളത്തിലെ തൊഴിൽ വകുപ്പ് ഈ തീരുമാനം നടപ്പാക്കുമോ ?......😂😂😂

സർക്കാർ ജോലി അത്ര സുഖകരം ഒന്നും അല്ല. സർക്കാർ മേഖലയിൽ തന്നെ എത്രയോ വിഭാഗം സ്‌ട്രെസ് അനുഭവിച്ചു ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ട്. ഉദാ : ആരോഗ്യ വകുപ്പിലെ pharmacist തസ്തിക. പലയിടങ്ങളിലും ഒരു pharmacist മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളു ഒരു ദിവസം 500 പേർക്ക് വരെ മരുന്നും കൊടുത്തു മരുന്നിന്റെ കണക്കുകളും എഴുതി, റിപ്പോർട്ട്‌ തയ്യാറാക്കി, തിരക്ക് വരുമ്പോൾ ആളുകളുടെ തെറി കെട്ട് വളരെയധികം സ്‌ട്രെസ് അനുഭവിച്ചു ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നവർ ഉണ്ട്.

ഇതൊരു ചെറിയ issue അല്ല. പല ബാങ്കുകളിൽ പോലും കുട്ടികൾ രാവിലെ 9.30 മണിക്ക് ജോലിക്ക് കയറിയാൽ, രാത്രി 9 - 9.30 വരെ ജോലി ചെയ്യേണ്ടി വരുന്നു. ജോലിക്ക് കയറുമ്പോൾ 2-ഉം 3-ഉം വർഷത്തെ Bond എഴുതി വാങ്ങിക്കുന്നു. ഇടയ്ക്കു വച്ച് വിട്ടു പോയാൽ 3 മുതൽ 6 മാസത്തെ വരെയുള്ള ശമ്പളം പിടിക്കുകയും, experience certificate നൽകില്ലെന്നു പറഞ്ഞ് കുട്ടികളെ സംഘർഷത്തിലും സമ്മർദ്ദത്തിലും ആക്കുന്നു. ഇനിയെങ്കിലും ഇതിനൊരു അറുതി വന്നേ പറ്റൂ
