I just want to say that I have been privileged to watch a good number of the Actor on Actor interviews. This, however, was a TOTALLY different ballgame. Hugh and Anne clearly DO love each other..it comes across so vividly in the conversation and is so charming and endearing. Darn right there's a stigma. Very few people know that I struggle with severe depression. I realized years ago that people will assume that you are "crazy" and give you the side-eye when they find out so I learned to only trust a few people with that issue. Also, it definitely presents differently for different people. When I'm depressed, I don't lay in bed. I am highly functional so I can go to work, put on a happy face, and get work done. However, when I get home, I cry sporadically and have zero motivation to get anything done around the house. I feel overwhelmed and can't make any decisions about what to do first. The hardest part is trying to make plans. I never know when the dark clouds are going to gather over my head and rob me of my energy.
