Somebody came up to me 2 weeks ago in the Pullman, WA walmart claiming to be her while I was sitting on a bench waiting for my friends. She told me her name was anne rice and that she wrote vampire novels, she claimed to be 70 years old. I had never read anne rice books or seen photos of her before at the time, all around a very strange experience especially after finding out she died in 2021

She is highly underrated. Her command of the English language is second to none. The ways she describes the simplest of scenarios is really quite remarkable. Her writing style is truly inspirational and its a real pleasure to digest her type of story telling. A true giant of modern literature. Mark me as a true fan of her work.

you will be missed forever, Anne. your legacy, your literary output, your concepts, they lay the foundation for everything that came after. and even though those will be highly regarded for centuries to come, it's this warm person, this warm human being encouraging others to pursue their passion for writing and literature-completely free of restraints- is what I'll carry with me forever. Long Live Lady Anne. you were one in a million.

I love that you said you have to force yourself to write sometimes. I think it's easy to assume that people can only create something wonderful if they have some miraculous moment of inspiration. You brought it to a very real place of work and will, which I think can really benefit people who want to create. Thank you, Anne! Love you always! ❤

ah RIP dear Anne... I have loved her and her characters since early teenage years and lived in her worlds for so long. I followed her for over a decade on facebook and her communication with fans and community was always amazing. She is one of definitive writers of 20th and 21st century, but more than anything she was such unique special person. I wish I had a chance to meet her :(

First of all, I have huge respect for Anne. Second of all, years ago, I wrote to her and she responded. She's a kind, respectable woman. Thirdly, because of her books I felt the confidence to write, and published 6 books in a series for kids. Watching this video, I am shocked at how similar Anne's writing process is to my own. I had no idea. But, in her, I felt a kindred spirit. Much love, Anne!

You mentioned in this video, about one quarter in, that you were keen on the Jesus figure in your second Jesus book, The Road To Cana. I just so happened to be opening my phone and looking for you, email contact or something, so that I could communicate to you that I had just opened that very book and in reading only the end of chapter 16, you know, opening just somewhere and having a taste... I was absolutely floored - wrong image!! I was absolutely enchanted, lifted, deeply touched on a very specific spiritual level!? I'm a very devout Christian, newly catholic, charismatic, 60-year-old (the new 45) who knows more than anything my spiritual stuff. A background of writing and travel, I listened to your Out Of Egypt in my car. I have raved about your prologue/epilogue (can't remember which) ever since. Loved that you read it yourself! NOW, I am texting, commenting to say: your Jesus in this second book is anointed(!), has an anointing...whichever you prefer. I felt I simply had to voice this very moving observation to you, who engendered such a feat. Yet to have you here on this video refer to that Jesus in an almost similarly touching way--very exciting, to say the least! I will email you this same. May God be in my words... as it seems He is in Yours! Hallelu! Sincerely, Elizabeth Burton burtonlizabeth@yahoo.com.

This is a wonderful video. The clarity of the picture is superb and the setting certainly compliments her accomplishments as not only a book and novel author, but as a researcher who comprehends the intricacies of linguistics as it pertains to many forms of communication. I've heard the term 'outline' mentioned here several times. As one who also does research I have pioneered the field of 3-D CAD authorship in such a way where a reader can hold a very insightful outline in their hand. Imagine Anne Rice lifting up the word or name [Rich] in such a way where we can see a human like profile or outline with the features of a [brow, eye, and nose]. Now know that this very same outline or survey actually spells the namesake of Rich in an ancient language that is still used today by as many as 422 million speakers. Now also imagine that this [Rich profile] is also the basis of the astronomical array of many of out planets rivers and streams, political surveys of states and countries, and even the Hydra constellation itself! Now that's a mighty wand for Anne but trust me she can command it and use it wisely. In mathematics this 'outline' that is being discussed can be used by medical sciences to target and isolate regions as such on a molecular blood level. Now that's a type of غنی Резистентност REED that I have to share here in the comments. An enrichment ruler who through linguistics is very very old and yet new again in these times of accelerated technology.
