BRAVA ANNE- SHOPHIE!!.

Imo a musician is by the nature of sharing music already an eminently useful member of society ...though of course expanding one's usefulness is a wonderful sentiment. :-)

It would be epic if mutter made a collab with the US national youth orchestra. I loved their chaikovsky violin concerto with joshwa bell and I think with mutter the music would be phenomenal

As a german I was wondering how great her english sounds. Might be a little bit strange question, but I asked myslf if you could hear her german accent (as a native english speaker)?
@daphnedumont72418 жыл бұрын
yes, I could tell she was not a native speaker - chiefly because of the clarity of her enunciation and the perfection of her grammar! She says "off" rather than our "uv" when she says "I think OF", and that is a give-away . Also the word "ground" which we pronounce "grawnd" - she says the more Germanic "grow-und" (like your Grund?)

Salander: I'm an American and so... I do hear a slight German accent and rhythm on a few words here but really it hardly matters. To me it is charming. Her grammar, enunciation and and rhythm of speech are really superb, and rather more British than American to my ears. I wish I could speak any 2nd language as good as she speaks English. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed at her skill. And then I remembered, she probably demands perfection from herself.

Sorry, but i am German. And i hear her typical German accent. From the 3rd word i could hear, she is German. She speaks English like she speaks German. Don't you hear this?
@Arazhul124 жыл бұрын
Yes, very much. Perfect grammar, huge vocabulary, really fluent, but sooo German. Interesting, since you might think she has an ear for sound, but somehow she cant reproduce it. Still a great personality

Very clearly..typical German accent. The words are separate not running into each other..vowel give aways : er at the end of a word is too much a back vowel. We use a more neutral( schwa ) Her grammar, fluency and vocabulary are excellent

Hopefully, she will find the opportunity to re-record this work again. But it seems to be very hard to find a matcher for the rest of the album.
