Matthew West is one of those musicians who - when he first started - was 'okay'. I liked his music, but I wasn't struck with an impression like some artists seem to have coming out of the gate. I'm so glad this was the case, because he is an artist who has constantly grown and expanded his talent as the years moved on. It's awe-inspiring to see where he is now, and to imagine where God will take him in the next ten years! As for you, Anne? I think this is the first time I've really 'heard' you; girl, you give me definite Dolly Parton vibes. You have a natural warmth and tone to your voice that reaches out to the listener and draws them in. A story-teller's voice. I hope to see more of your work and would love more compilations down the road! When artists come together to share the talent God had given them, it just builds on the praise that goes back up to Him!

I absolutely adore the tone & vibrancy of her voice and her singing style is just so unique...no one else sounds like this, and I love the lyrics. She emotes so wonderfully it feels like she's singing with Joy after enduring much pain. As a song writer, I know THE BEST songs come from deep and difficult experiences. She just pours it out. If I'd been gifted with her Talent, perhaps some of my songs could move people like this one does. I don't play an instrument or have great vocal skills so I've always wondered why lyrics & melodies just seem to write themselves inside of me....I don't know what I'm supposed to do with them....it's sad to think I'll die with all these songs in me...

@@dellaswanson9837 last month was hard days for me, on august 12nd my mother was passed away..after 17 days in hospital and 2days at home the virus infected the lung and she cannot survive. Before she died i pray to Jesus "Lord i am afraid my mom will die" but He talk in my heart like this "if the worst thing is happen and your mom is die,she wil be in heaven with Me..so what is the thing you worry about? What are you crying for?", a week before she died i pray "Lord Jesus if it's the time to my mom to die..please not becoz of covid i want to see her wear beautiful dress in the covin", few hours before my mom passed away she got PCR test and the result was negatif...i knew it was not coincidence but He answer my pray..i have a chance to met her 30 minutes before she died.
