I love that the doors are different styles and materials, also that the floorings are different and the lights. Not everything is matchy matchy. It has a more curated look that the condo has evolved. Great details. Absolutely love the different materials, styles and colors on the outside as well. Hope this catches on across the country! Viva la difference!!

Lainey is so gifted..she has curated the elements of design and decor for each of these units....she oversees the contractors and does some of the work herself. How does she do it and run a business with all that it entails and still have a life? She's amazing. I love seeing how these are all coming together. Thanks for allowing us to see it in process as well as the final result.

Modern condo with some rustic accessories. The floors , granite, modern windows and the gray and white paint would never be in a farmhouse.

And that’s the beauty of individuality. People can design things the way they want to using fixtures and lights that speak to them to spice up a small newly built home. Most people don’t even live in homes that have any sense of decoration or unity of design and that’s fine too. Other people want their whole home to reflect a very distinct style, which is also fine. I have an entire home in primitive colonial style and my little office with computers is decorated in a boho style and I love it.
