Amazing on all fronts. Beautiful and powerful acting and writing. Cass and Felicia had a friendship like no other, how refreshing to see with a man and a woman. Wow, I just adore this scene.

"That's not my friend. That's someone under the influence of the bottle. And I want that bottle gone. That's why I'm here. I need my friend back." BRILLIANT! I remember that from the 1993 Daytime Emmys, when Linda Dano won for this storyline. Victoria Wyndham should have been nominated too.

"What about me? Aren't I your friend anymore?" Aww, Cass. :-( And I thought Rachel's speech was powerful. It IS powerful, but WOW, Cass was speaking on a whole other level. They sure don't write 'em like this anymore. AW was the best and one of a kind, no doubt about it!

"...I think that speech should go down in the intervention hall of fame..." I had forgotten how intense the Rachel/Felicia confrontation was (yes, Vicky Wyndham deserved a nom too). But the exchange between best friends Cass & Felicia totally blew me away (again). You can see the pain on Cass's face after telling Felicia she was dead to him.
