@@22espec The funny thing is that she sort of made a "vinegar "product unless I am mistaken oranges have molaic acid or what it was now called and combined with artichoke minerals there should base basic liquid that is the opposite of sources and hence mistaken as vinegar feel/taste. the open-air fermentation process of apples does the same things but with bacteria being the middle man/ bottleneck that converts the liquid to apple cider vinegar while in this case it was unintentionally/intentionally done artificially with cooking chemistry :D The mayo in the recipe only made it wors as it prevent the artichoke minerals and molaic acid to diffusie in the food/solution, hence making the taste very strong and probably gave it a "gas"/ smoke after taste like molded cheese does.

It clearly looked rotten in the close-up shot too. She probably forgot to put it in the refrigerator. On top of the orange juice nonsense. Also, combining celery salt, oregano, orange juice, and cream??? That literally sounds like a recipe for vomit flavoring. She obviously didn’t try any sample of her own potion before bringing it in.
