I’m sorry if anyone gets offended. But It’s just that it’s not worth it, having all that money supporting these animals transferred towards other bigger problems would create a bigger impact to society. Some may argue that it’s a moral standard or that it’s just the right thing to do. But for real though, what’s the worse that could happen, they go extinct, so? Their numbers a so few that they hardly impact the ecosystem, plus if their numbers start rising that just means more maintenance and money needed , the plan is to one day finally send them back into nature, but with all the poaching happening, I don’t think that plan will ever happen.

I would like to distinguish hunting from poaching, for years there is no way to hunt northern white rhinos, and all the damage is done by poaching. And other reason I want to separate hunting from poaching is because of legalisation of hunting for southern white rhino their population jumped from less than a 100 in early 2010s to more than 30000 now, because after legalisation of their hunting private landowners started reintroducing them to their lands to attract rich hunters from europe or northern america. So in conclusion by hunting southern white rhinos we might be able to bring back northern white rhinos.

Hey animal lovers, currently in Brazil the great Amazon rainforest is being by forest fire. Please support.
@LadyCoyKoi5 жыл бұрын
Blame factory farms for that. More lands from the Amazon are being used for animal agriculture than anything else. There is direct correlation between rain-forest destruction and the rising increase consumption of meat. Do the research. By the way, that meat consumption isn't just local. Majority of the meat made from those factories are being exported to USA, Canada and European nations. Very little of the meat made from the factory farms in Brazil, Columbia and other South American nations are bought and eaten by the locals of those nations. First world nations eat too much meat which is why the natural resources such as rain forests are being bought and sold by the meat industry. Peoples' gluttonous, greedy, sense of entitlement is the reason why so much of the natural world is all disappearing. We humans still rely on the natural world for our survival, we aren't separated from that side of the planet. Humans are one of the most disconnected species on the planet.

Watching Sir David speak at the end Of Seven Worlds 1 Planet on the last 2 most precious Northern White Rhinos left on this earth and seeing the greatest of all land animal' tusks from just 1 year of poaching, I cried like a baby. In my mind, nothing is more important than protecting all our fellow creatures that are left. Not only do we owe it to all of them but we owe it to the kids and I pray that they keep standing up and make us change.

Through the combination of sperm and egg, and basically making test tube baby embryos of the great northern white rhino, Maybe it will save your belief in humanity, because we are taking our science to bring them back from the brink of extinction, placing their embryos in the smaller southern white rhino, where they will be born in the wild and raised by the southern white rhino. That's bringing back the Species.

I'm Chinese(tho American) and I hate how the Chinese use "traditional medicine" for the killing of threatened or endangered animal or even just mass killing certain species leading them to extinction. Of course that being said, many times the Chinese are also just distributors to other parts of the world especially first world countries are the one that purchase these exotic parts and the third world are the ones killing the animals
