basmati rice is used mostly in middle east,nilalagyan yan ng onting salt and oil,taz wash mo many tyms,best for biryani yan Ms.Anne.

Dai basmati rice should be soaked in water for 1 hr prior to cooking 1) wash for 3 times 2) soak in water 1is to1 for an hour 3) when you cook always add 1/2 tsp salt 1 tbsp oil and boil

Basmati rice is cook with a slice of lemon, salt ang little olive oil then more water then strain it. It is not cook the regular way. Good for biryani

Ganyan dito sa saudi hugasan mo ng ilang beses tapos babad sa mainit na tubig bago lutuin ganyan ginagamit namin lagyan ng turmeric , oil, cardamon, cinnamon stick, or powder,cumin , peppercorn, star anise etc basta any niyan pwede Ka mag lagyan sa rice Kung ayaw mo ng yellow remove mo Lang ang turmeric.

You are right darling .pakestani rise has bad smell.You have to wash the Pakistani rice with hot water. and then boil it and then rinse it .then pour hot water again to boil. then the bad smells will gone. 😊

Miss ann basmati rice usually in middle east they usually put cardammom, cinnamon and drizzled it with olive oil when it is cooked 😊

And usually Ms. Anne sa middle east, they soak the basmati rice for 30 mins. Or more.. Tas they cook with cardamom pod, cloves, salt, cinnamon stick at salt and olive oil.. Tanggal ung matapang na amoy😘

Actually if right away mo iluto yan may amoy talaga the is if plan mo mag saing ng Basmati you need to soak it overnight talaga may ok sya .or madalian mga 1hr puede na. The wash mo maigi the soak..lagyan mo bit of salt and olive oil ..butter puede din..very healthy ang Basmati though a bit expensive pero very talaga yan..keep it up Anne and to Jordan for full recovery. 🥰👍🙏❤
