Jesus is the bread of life.And the Word was made flesh, consume the Word daily as man does not live by bread alone but every word from the mouth of God. They ate manna in the wilderness but perished, but the bread that God gives brings eternal life, and that bread is Jesus

I love what you teach so much. May I add that grains are extremely hard to digest and taxing to our digestive system unless you soak them first. Soaking the grains for pre-digests them and allows for the nutrients to be released and absorbed by our body. The Egyptian God were found clutching Grains threat never broke down in all that time which only goes to show how hard it would be for our stomach to do that. The lack of enzymes and microbiome in our gut in todays world is making it much harder to digest and that is why so many are intolerant to wheat not to mention the Round Up being sprayed onto the grains so they can put one more harvest. Thank again for all the work that you do.

I was so disappointed to find that there is a charge for your 90 day program. I have said many times that I need to go back to bible and eat what Jesus taught us, and refrain from unclean foods. Since I saw that you were able to research and learn the Bible teachings on foods, fasting with God as your leader, I know I can do it too. I believe that doing the work and praying each step of the way will teach me more and deepen my walk with Him. I appreciate this video and excited to begin my journey God has for me …. His plan is perfect. God bless you for encouraging us to follow Him.

Dear Annette; I have a very huge apology to make to you concerning my complaint about the music over your instructions. It turns out it was entirely my fault as I had a few minutes while I waited for my church service to start (we are locked down so online only) and I had opened another window for that and I was so intent on what you were saying I didn't realize the service had started and it was that which was the song, you were entirely blameless and had no music at all on your video. If you want GODs actual biblical diet go to genesis .. did you know there will be no meat eating in heaven .. if we can’t enjoy FATHER GODs heavenly diet hear on earth, how do we expect to all of a sudden change our palette .. pray and ask GOD what it really means to honour our temple .. so many want to excuse the things they want to keep eating .. remember the children of Israel when they had GODs perfect manna from heaven yet they grumbled and complained and GOD gave them their request for quail (clean according to scripture) and look how they ended up because of their gluttony 🙏

In the Biblical times our ancestors didn’t have baker’s yeast. They had sourdough starter. True sourdough bread causes the gluten to break down making it easier to digest. I urge you to do some research and maybe it’s possible for you to have this bread. Idk but worth at least looking into.

@bangaluru13 жыл бұрын
Here are some tips for those making health foods. Since the idea is to make people healthy, then we need to use recipes which give health. 1. Make bread, buns, biscuits, etc. using Ezekiel 4:9 flour which you can make by yourself. Ezekiel 4:9 - "Take also unto thee Wheat, and Barley, and beans, and lentils, and millet, and Spelt, and put them in one vessel, and make bread of it." This recipe is from God and it is scientifically proven. Each of the above ingredients contain half proteins or half amino acids, which when combined, become complete protein. Amino acids are organic compounds that combine to form proteins. Amino acids and proteins are the building blocks of life. When proteins are digested or broken down, amino acids are left. The human body uses amino acids to make proteins to help the body break down food. The bloodstream provides a readily available pool of amino acids, which can be taken up by all cells of the body to support the myriad of biochemical reactions that are essential for life. A protein is any chain of amino acids. There are two different types of amino acids: essential and non-essential. Non-essential amino acids are amino acids that your body can create out of other chemicals found in your body. Essential amino acids cannot be created, and therefore the only way to get them is through food. The digestive system breaks all proteins down into their amino acids so that they can enter the bloodstream. Cells then use the amino acids as building blocks to build enzymes and structural proteins. If your cells are healthy, you are healthy. Non-essential amino acids are 11. The body makes them. Essential amino acids are 9. We should get these from our food. Complete vs. Incomplete Protein Foods Foods that contain all amino acids, are called complete proteins or complete protein sources. Those that do not contain enough of one or more essential amino acids is incomplete. Many incomplete protein sources have single essential amino acid, just not in levels high enough for that protein to accomplish everything you want. For example, Leucine, which is a main driver of muscle building, tends to be low in most incomplete sources of protein. To make incomplete proteins complete, you need to consume multiple and specific complementary proteins within the same meal. Memorizing which plant-based foods have which essential amino acids and in what quantities, is not realistic. For adults who lack muscle strength, you need to combine proteins in each meal. Create a Complete Protein (Scientific chart) whole grains + lentils = complete protein. E.g., brown/rice and dhal, peas with rice, corn tortillas with mashed beans. Whole grain + nuts and seeds = complete protein (bread+peanut butter) Beans + whole grain = complete protein (Hummus [chickpea]+pita bread) Beans + nuts and seeds = complete protein. E.g., tofu with sesame, hummus with sesame, beans with almonds. Complete Proeins. These contain all essential amino acids chia seeds, quinoa, soybeans, buck wheat, amaranth. Incomplete Proteins. Combine 2 or more incomplete to create a complete combination. beans + rice, wheat + nuts, etc. Conclusion Eating incomplete proteins: rice and veg. curry, bread and butter, etc. will not give a complete protein. Protein deficiency due to eating incomplete proteins is a serious concern, and can lead to malnutrition, such as kwashiorkor and marasmus, which can be life threatening. An elderly person who eats wheat chapathis tells me that when he stretches his legs in the morning, he has a muscle catch. It is because he is eating incomplete protein and so he has weakened muscles. Therefore, eating sufficient protein is not in itself a guarantee that the necessary amino acids will be supplied. Even though amino acids are the substances of which proteins are made, no matter how much protein we consume, the biological availability cannot be assured. This is extremely important to understand. Protein, be it sourced from food or cellular body protein, must be completely broken down into its constituent parts, amino acids, for absorption. * * * Now do you see the wisdom of God in giving to us the recipe in Ezekiel 4:9? God's combination is better than that of science. Let us read Ezekiel 4:9 again to see what God combined: Take also unto thee Wheat (grain), and Barley (grain), and beans (beans), and lentils (lentils), and millet (millet), and Spelt (grain) (or Kamut which is ancient wheat), and put them in one vessel, and make bread of it. God's combination is: grains + beans + lentils + millets. If you combine all these and mill your flour, you will get complete protein and all 9 essential amino acids in each meal. Diseases due to Protein Deficiency or due to Eating Incomplete Proteins are: Digestive problems, stress, toxins, allergies, aging, weakened metabolic system (loss of muscle mass), edema, fatty liver, skin, hair and nail problems, greater risk of bone fractures, stunted growth in children (India houses 1/3 of world's stunted children), Increased Severity of Infections, Greater Appetite and Calorie Intake (obesity), etc. Kamut is coming into the market today. It is a thin, long, pretty-looking wheat, a dry crop, which boosts the immune system. It costs Rs.60 or 90 a kg. Health people, please make your goodies using God's recipe: grains + beans + lentils + millets. NOTE: Some quote Ellen G. White and say, 'Not to use more than 4-5 items.' Here she means that more than 4-5 dishes should not be eaten in one meal because there will be a war in the stomach. This is not about mixing grains or pulses. The Bible says: grains + beans + lentils + millet. These nouns are in plural form. Indians in general are malnourished. Therefore, follow God's recipe as you understand it. I have used two of each in my recipes and am in good health at 68. For 10 kgs of wheat, I added 2 kgs of soyabeans, and half kg. each of the rest of the items. EGW said roots could be added. I added dried sweet potato for eyesight, and flaxseed also.

Spelt does not cause sickness for most of us who get very ill on wheat. The spelt is still God made. Wheat is altered by chemical, what is in most countries

Where is the bread I want to see it cooked. Now could you leave this soaking in water overnight? Or how would you continue on?

Question: I thought kidney beans had to be soaked and cooked before eating due to a toxin in it. How does milling it dry deal with that toxin?

I find unsprouted legumes very hard on the tummy. I sprout and roast these before milling with the grains.

Mischief Home stead, you are right, all dried beans should be soaked, as there's a poison inside of them which causes stomach problems. Blessings

In Biblical times, they had no yeast. The bread was sourdough. The time it takes to ferment sourdough bread, I imagine, would take care of the soaking of the beans. The beans would soak in their new shape of flour rather than in their original shape as whole beans. Of course when people soak their beans, they throw out the soaking water which does not happen in this case. The Bible mentions ‘one vessel’ so I am not sure if that makes a great difference. I now make Ezekiel bread using Eden canned beans and other prepared lentils and the outcome is fabulous, also at this time using whey from my cheese making rather than water.
