GmG is my favorite eyeshadow formula for mattes (barely nudging Natasha Denona out of the top place) and 1 of my favorite metallic/shimmer formulas (really only beaten by JD Glow and Clionadh’s iridescent shades). I love them. I went on there the other day and bought 15 more singles, including Electric Unicorn. Cannot WAIT to get the my order in the mail. I also love how quickly they ship, for an indie brand. I ordered on Wednesday and got shipping notification Saturday. Unheard of for small brands. Colourpop and Boxycharm both take at least 10 days to create shipping label.

I’d love to see an indie swatch party! Ps, I really felt the sadness when you’d realized one shade was broken! I picked up the give me glow May pastel box, summer vibes, and a few singles.. I’m literally blown away by their formula. I love wink and peri together! There’s just something about periwinkle shades that make me happy! Even tho I always do a neutral crease, and the pop of color on my lid or lower lash line!

Annette I recently got The Douce palette &the two prettiest shimmers in the palette came smashed! I was so heartbroken. I quickly looked up some tutorials on how to repress &did it&they came out perfect. All you really need to do is smash the remaining shadow, sprinkle rubbing alcohol (I used 90% but you can use 70% too) &mix it into a paste &flatten it into the pan &put a folded paper towel over it &gently press it til most of the alcohol comes off on the paper towel. Then you leave it to dry for at least one day &voila! Like brand new. 💜💜💜

Shimmers are a lot easier to repress than mattes. I think im gonna try the dry repanning method with it, but idk if ill be able to do it properly

I did try to just repress the shimmers with pressure but I just wasn't totally satisfied with the result so I did the alcohol method &I was so nervous! I wish you the best of luck repressing that. I bet you'll nail it!

I would love a swatch party of all your give me glow singles. I bought all their lipsticks when they were $3 each, the formula is nice I just don’t like the Doe foot applicator. You can repress the pink shadow with alcohol. I’m waiting for a sale to buy some more shadows 😊

I was so excited just to see the huge palette! I've always wanted to get into individual pans but it can work out expensive if you're not careful. I just received my order of Give Me Glow shadows the other day 😄. I got a bunch of shimmers and I’m really impressed, they are next level. I basically got every green shade available and then some, lol, including Halo which I’m convinced is a must have. I didn’t get any mattes, because I don’t really know how they will perform, I just remember a friend having the Juicy Olive palette and those mattes not being the easiest to work with. But I love this look and the purple you used here seems like it was really good so I might have to add those to my next order! The only thing is I wish the pans were available in smaller sizes. I got 10 of them and they take up half of my big magnetic palette. I don’t know that I want one as big as the empty palette you held up, lol, that’s a little much. I have one of those Adept double sided ones and I don’t think I want anything bigger, but these Give Me Glow shades might need their own special palette if I do get more. The colors you chose give me a rose garden vibe, with the greens, pinks and purples, like the stem of plants and I’m really digging it!

For repressing, add 70-90% isopropyl alcohol to the shadow and mix it with the powder until you get a paste. Then when it's all evenly mixed press it down with a paper towel as hard as you can. Let it dry completely overnight and your shadow should work fine.

I just did a big singles purchase from Give Me Glow, and also picked up Wink - Ugh, it's so beautiful. I purchased way too many safe neutral colors - Their formula is so good, I should have picked up some of the trickier colors, since they do them so well.

You can repress with alcohol or without. I was surprised to see people smash their shadows and press them in with nothing but another metal pan. If using alcohol just make sure to soak up the excess. Someone posted here an awesome mini tutorial of this.

Oh, sorry that shadow broke! I’ve repanned shimmer shades by breaking the shadow fragments down, add alcohol, press, leave it overnight and viola! All better. Is this method bad Anna Omodeo?

I ordered from GMG a couple months ago and had to rein myself in from how ridiculous my cart was getting - like, maybe don't order the entire store before you know you actually like it? So I tried a palette and now will happily go back for singles, so would appreciate a swatch party to use as a shopping guide!

I wanted to try give me glow but then shipping was going to cost way to much to New Zealand😭😭. When I have to repress a shadow I use rubbing alcohol 90% and soak the shadow then use a tissue and press it all together in the pan. Let it dry well before putting it away. Good luck.
