This is such a great performance. Not only does she have a lovely creamy voice, but she's acting, which is paramount with a song like this!

Richard Rodgers wrote wonderful tunes with Lorenz Hart. His ones with Hammerstein never appealed to me so much. Loved the rhyming of fratricide with mattress side! And Annie was so sinister, I had to hide behind the sofa! More frightening than than Dr Who!

a great jazzy version of this musical song. I first came across Gerald in the video and two years ago I saw him in London at Ronnie Scott's. Very gifted player. But in that concert he was playing something more original.

She is fabulous! just posted a video response...I got to see her on the square in Watertown, TN, a few weeks ago and got a good recording of her and her band in the gazebo. The pianist is incredible!

Outstanding! Annie's amazing control and flawless inflections on a complex melody just knocked me out! And I mean to tell you, the band was smoking! I enjoyed that more than New Years Eve 1970 with Barbra at The International in LV!

Just came from Steamers where you put on a most enchanting show tonight. Great selection of tunes performed with fabulous panache. Thanks so much, Annie. (I was the whistler in the audience who came up to your early to introduce myself--Tibor!)

Good stuff I like her acting and the songsell . I bet she would be an interesting date. If she kills her husbands, I guess she would just attempt to injure any unsatisfactory dates. Ho ho ho. Tom in Utica
