I struggle also with youtubers who got so rich that they are now so far from my reality, it made me sometimes unhappy with my life hence why I unsubscribed. That book is life changing. (In the Flow by Alisa Vitti) Everyone should read it! I have read it a year ago and it altered my life so much. My health is better, my skin is better, my mood, my mindset, my productivity, relationships everything. It was the missing puzzle piece for me between all the healthcare/selfcare/productivity advise. Annie, thank you for speaking about going off the pill! I went off it last summer and my body is still trying to adjust. I've had so many hormonal breakouts and I've also dealt with hair loss around my temples. There's not tons of info about this online, so some of my symptoms I thought were in my head for a while. It is always so calming to come along with you and enjoy your day, cleaning, cooking etc. I also strugfle with hormonal acne which i never had until 30 years old (basically this year). My dermatologist says it is a result of me quitting the pill but i am not entirely convinced. I do research a lot and think that i have quite a healthy lifestyle but not sure that is helping. I can not get what is exactly the trigger but i think i need to learn how to live with it. Therr is no other way

Bought the same kimchi on Saturday from Denns supermarket and sorry but it tastes really aweful😖 Stayed in China for years and had Kimchi and it definately didnt taste like this. Hi Zoe, no I do not suffer from PCOS, however I have had small cysts before, but not enough or consistently to be diagnosed as pcos. With that said, I do definitely notice I am sensitive to a lot of things that can affect those with this condition, so I just take that into consideration and make lifestyle adjustments (as discussed in this video) and that helps me A LOT.
