It’s okay no worries, during period I do anything I want and it’s a relief for me because I do feel very tired but when I get the energy, I can work longer and faster. So over the years I have learn more about my body and just rest anytime I need too. I take it as a monthly reminder that it is okay to rest and always alright to listen to our body. So happy to hear you talk about your wedding dress, will look forward to that video =) just rest anytime you need

Hi Annie. Loved your video. Might I suggest you take 3-4 dates dipped in clarified butter everyday for a week leading upto your period. It helps me a lot with cramps and everything related to it.

Hi Annie! Loved the video, as always! Do you have any tips to prevent your makeup to move or smudge under the mask, apart from using a setting spray? I find that just using a setting spray isn’t always enough, especially since I wear a very tiny amount of makeup, so it vanishes in no time

Hi Annie, I just love how more real you are in your latest videos, I have stopped the pill as well and I had the same issue as you, my skin was breaking out and my cramps disppeared. However, after a year, my cramps came back and I have to take ibuprophene as usual, my skin is in a good condition but I knew few days ago that I have endometriosis which was making me have cramps and I should come back to the pill again. I hope that it can help and please make sure to see from where your cramps do come from. Sending you a lots of love
