my heart is always happy when you post! you have helped me mentally and physically in general by just posting your videos. i believe i started w hatching them in february and around a month or two later, i started having bad “friend” issues. they were always pressuring me to be someone i’m not and although that was the case and it hurt me when i was friend with them, it felt good to belong somewhere for once. in school i never felt as though i belonged there. your videos are just very relaxing and it always makes me smile when you do post any kind of video. i’m usually one of those people who don’t really comment, but today i felt kinda talkative. thank you so much annika and i wish you the best

You really gave me huge inspiration to try out new recipes at home. I've made the Focaccia and my Boyfriend is obsessed. I am always a bit scared to try something new to eat, but seeing you prepare everything and plate it up really helped me figure out some new dishes for our weekly rotation. Thank you so much!!

Saving this video for a bit later on, but I just wanted to comment and tell you how much I look forward to your uploads! I'm a fresh grad artist trying not to fall into the pattern of just getting employed at the first corporate that'll have me, and instead trying to take time to work on myself and think about what I want. It's so hard to not panic and feel like im falling behind everyone, but your videos help me tremendously! and you also get me so motivated to cook! I absolutely love your vibe, its so calming, and you give me a lot of hope! Thank you!

Hey Annika. Love your videos. Sorry about your onion troubles. Here's a tip that works for me: after you skin the onion, before cutting it up, rinse under cold water, then place a damp rag next to the cutting board as you chop. I'm not sure of the science behind it, but it works for me whenever I cut yellow, white or red onions. I have no issues with sweet, Vidalia or shallots. Hope it works for you. Have a great week ahead 😍 P.S.: Just looked it up, apparently the chemical in onions is absorbed by the wet rag/towel instead of your eyes 👀
