What a perfectly lovely story. My husband (of 50 years), and I never get tired of hearing them. For us it was love at first sight,and we were married 5 weeks after we met. I met him his 1st day home from Viet Nam, and I was leaving to meet up with friends in New York; we were going to leave to hitchhike in Europe for a year. I never got past Colorado! It was so sweet and thoughtful of you to post such an intimate and personal video. It’s been a long time since I surprised Ray with something special. Our 50th anniversary fell in the middle of COVID-19. This is the second time that you have given me good tips😃. We were friends first, just like you. But we also shared and knew each other's family and life goals and knew what was in each other's hearts. My advice to you, even though you didn't ask for it. LOL. Be true and honest to yourselves and each other. We live in a society where everything is throw away including marriage. Don't be part of that group.
