Wao u know this vegetable we have it also in Congo, it’s was my dad’s preferable vegetable, we call it Nkovi, you can also cook it with peanut butter sauce and smoke Fisch, green oignons and little black pepper. It’s delicious.

Hi Ann, the same way you hold the vegetables in your hand and squeeze them together. You do the same thing on the chopping board. But I can see you are use to doing it in your hand, because that’s how you were trained. But I am sure if you try the chopping board you would like it and get use to it in no time. I think this a very good add to my home made menu-list... healthy and jummy.
