If you space them out, you can have multiple gold mines in 1 mountain. It is also possible to build an extra mine on the waterside and build a coastline! (If there is only 1 gold mine in the island world it is automatically unlimited). This is so you can have more aristocrats!

well infantrists to protect the canoneers can also be sueful but yes canons should be the main weapon production
