Watching this at the drawing board, and how fitting was the She-Hulk correction "It was Gray Hulk" from none other than the future Hulk Grand Design author. Love the deep-dives into Tom's process, you can hear the passion.

Tom is absolutely on point about FF. Xmen is about the characters. FF is about the world. The FF themselves are not as interesting as Wakanda, Attilan, Galacrus and Surfer... Kirby (and Lee) surrounded them with the biggest, deepest, most colorful worldbuilding. Still unequalled... Although Fourth World came close.
