Actually, Knock's chorus is pretty easy, you just have to work on it, if you wanna learn I recommend you try with a slower and mirrored dance cover, it took me something like 30/40 minutes to learn, keep dancing while watching. If you're good at dancing you can also try learning the dance break (I didn't try that 'cause I'm not THAT good at dancing) Hope this helped❤

I agree, these are all pretty easy to do but I struggled with Spicy at first because it’s not that repetitive and also Flower’s footwork cause even though it’s not a lot, I don’t really focus on footwork at all when I learn choreographies. I’m not good at footwork

if you want to gain arm muscle quickly learn the whole dance of super shy. It's really a great work out, but be careful of the waacking because I heard if you dont have the proper muscles and training to support your shoulders, it could be harmful. I got a lot of arm strength, though, even if my waacking is a bit sloppy. But super shy is the type of song where once I mastered it, I saw a huge increase in progress in my dance skills! its also just super fun ❤
