1) The (mute) guy in the desert was finding it hard to ask if you needed any help, even though you yourself had stopped there to help someone else. lol. 2) The girls wear blue (qameez) and white (shalwar) mixed uniform, with a white scarf. That's the official uniform for government-run schools. The uniforms of private schools differ from school to school. It's a shame that these lovely souls have to walk long-distances to schools due to unavailability of any commute system to and from schools. 3) The hanging metal chains on the trucks, regularly touching the ground, are there to prevent electrostatic discharge-related incidents. The rest of the paintings and the decorations on the trucks are for mere aesthetic purposes. 4) I am a resident of Skardu. Love all your videos. I hope your short stay here was peaceful, enjoyable and memorable. Have safe tours wherever you go.

This information is probably too late for our fearless traveler Krikkos, but for others watching, when riding through sand stand up on your bike point your toes inward, squeeze your bike with your knees, loosen up your upper body, steer with your feet by leaning on the direction you want to go, and go as fast as you feel comfortable with which should be at least 15mph (24kph). also helpful to lean slightly back, but not too much. All this feels weird at first, but very quickly you’ll learn to trust it. It’s the only way to get through sand. (think of it as skiing through deep powder speed is your friend and subtle movements your guide.)

You can find the nice colourful trucks all over South Asia. The meaning of the design is often close to the owner. - about believing, family history... My Urdu isn't well, I love the language because it connects me to a few very nice people there... and it teached me the letters... - so it's funny to see you trying to communicate, and often I know what you can say easily 😆 You meet so many nice people there too. Yes this is a good advice , even for men, just being aware of your surroundings, I was working on the ships world wide for 20 years and this is a safety thing you pick up as you go along. The docks were always in the toughest poorest most dangerous areas of the city and even the taxi drivers would sometimes refuse to bring us back to the ship, thats when we asked the mission to seaman to help out, which they were only too pleased to do. Anyway good luck, you are doing really well so far, long may it continue. ❤❤❤❤
