I know exactly how you feel Zoe with your Anxiety! I get it a lot when I go to the mall or the movies or just out and about. Something I find really useful is to just stop for a moment, look around you, take a few deep breaths and tell yourself that you are going to be okay. You are feeling anxious because your body thinks that it's in danger and something bad is going to happen. So I just take a few moments to tell myself that I am safe, I am okay and that nothing bad is going to happen. Hope this helps to anyone else who suffers from anxiety as well. xx

I take anxiety meds :) my parents took me to a therapist because of my sleeping problem and my anxiety of course and the therapist recommended medicine for my anxiety.

***** i dont really battle it anymore. i know its inevitable, and im always gonna have anxiety, so im learning how live with it and not fight it.. For now i just avoid situations i know will give me anxiety. And something thats worked greatly for my social anxiety is, everywhere i go, i always take my own car (as in family trips, or when im with friends), because having my car makes me feel like i have a safety blanket. I know that the moment i start feeling panic or fear, i can get up and leave the situation whenever i want.. it helps calm me down knowing i have full control. sorry if that made no sense lol

I love how Zoe and other youtubers are so normal. Zoe I totally undertand the anxiety bits 100%. My boyfriend is always confused when I am really anxious for no reason. Someone explained it to me like hearing the boss music in a video game but not seeing the boss. Or like hearing the scary music in a movie and being nervous but never seeing the monster. Zoe, my friend has struggled with depression and anxiety for as long as I've known him. He recently went to the doctor and they drained a bunch of earwax from his ears and drained his sinuses because he was having headaches a lot. They told him that the pressure of all that buildup was probably a contributing factor to his panic attacks which I thought was very interesting. He said he feels better in general now so I thought I'd share :)

Zoe what you describe is exactly what happens to me! When you said you feel dizzy after a panic attack I feel dizzy for days! And being hot and cold. I know when I'm going to have a panic attack because I just burn up! Then after I'm freeeezing! Just a tip for you that normally works for me, don't stay in the same place as where your panic attack started. Try to get up and move, especially outside where you can breathe. As you're right next to the beach, that would be ideal! You've helped me so much, I just want to try and help you a bit!

It's mad at how so many people have anxiety and depression and how zoe has helped so many people understand it better, or just feel better because they know they aren't alone, I feel like mental health is so over looked compared to other illnesses, but to me depression and anxiety can be just as lethal as cancer e.t.c some people don't understand just how severe this can all be for some people... I dont know how bad your anxiety is but I'm in a constant battle with mine, I hope yours gets better vicki :)

i also am an anxiety/panic attack sufferer, and watching her vlogs sometimes makes me cringe on how her "fans" treat her. if anyone is a fan of hers, they should know she has anxiety and they should stop attacking her and running up to her and yelling and crowding her. I cant even imagine how zoe deals with it. that being said, it also saddens me how in the world today, the young population has such high anxiety/depression and we dont get to fully enjoy our lives like they used to in the past.

i feel bad for zoe sometimes because i also suffer from anxiety, and she tells everyone constantly she has bad anxiety and her "fans" still bombard her and dont act like normal humans around her. I understand its exciting seeing a celebrity you love on the streets, but have some respect and dont run and start yelling and crowding them... For someone with anxiety that is the worst feeling. No matter how much Zoe loves her fans, when you guys do that to her she will panic and start acting which will only make it worse for her. give her some room, or at least dont crowd her and start yelling.
