Annual Black Friday bass tournament on Douglas lake. Top 10 finish out of nearly 100 boats!

Parker and I go fish the annual Black Friday tournament on Douglas lake. My brother and Shane Wolfe run this event each year and this was the biggest yet! It was a tough start to our day but we kept our heads up and moved around until we found them. We caught our fish super shallow on bladed jigs on flats and isolated wood. I’m pretty sure Parker ended up with more of our weigh in fish than I did! So proud of him!!!

Congrats Parker! Good job! Ott, you are an amazing dad. I can remember my earliest fishing trips with my dad. That was so fun to watch even though I can imagine it can be tough having him fishing with you when those competitive juices start flowing and you don't want to slow down. It’s a rule in a lot of team events really. At least around here. I get it in some ways, but if you’re fishing with your child then seems like they might cut some slack.
