Sir form A9 agar file ni b karna agar change ni hai koi laikin kia phir b AGM har year conduct karni hogi ya woh b jab koi change ho ya 3 saal mai aik baar he AGM karni hogi?

Auditors retire at every AGM, therefore Form 9 must be filed along with Form A every year. Please review your opinion or update it.
