Love your videos ! Got a question ! My house and especially downstairs radiators not getting hot ! What I figured out is a pattern by timing the furnace firing up ! It fires up i have Thermostat set all the way up so it should be pumping heat all the time as temp in house is Only like 64 degrees What I found out is : furnace fires up runs for 1 minute and 45 seconds then it shuts off stays off for about 3 minutes ! Then it does same thing again ! So I am guessing unit is not running long enough to hear house up properly ! Any thoughts what the issue is ? Mayen a new thermostat ?

What tool do I need to remove the brass nuts from the gauge cock handles above and below the site glass? The lower one seems to need a new washer for eight is dripping, and I would like to repair this before heating season in a week or two. Thanks in advance for your help.

Thank you for the video. Question, the valve that I use to drain down the boiler has a slow drip after I shut it off (I keep a bucket under it). Can I simply drain out the boiler and change the valve or should I also shut off the main water line to the house? Thanks in advance.

Kalvin's SLAYIN! He's come prety far, you're a good teacher so keep up the great work! Everything your company does is the same as mine. I always check the heat exchanger on gas units. normally ill clean them but if its brand new ill skip it. I always clean oil though, it's so stupid how some people skip cleaning out the HEX on an oil unit. and isn't your O2 kinda low?

Hi I have one pipe weil mclaine same as that but with 5 burners 125000 btu. I think it may be oversized. After 30 mins after all my radiators are fully hot it starts to short cycle on pressure. After 2 psi it turns off, 2 mins on and off. Pressuretrol set to lowest possible 0.25 cut in and 1 diff. What are my options? I cannot afford new boiler. My mains both have gorton #1s. Gorton 4 on first floor rads and gorton 5 upstairs. 6 total radiators. I'm in NJ

Never buy Weil McLean. Breaks constantly and you can never find parts.
