I noticed your banana leaves just hanging off the trees,if you cut them and break them and put them around the base of your banana tree,they make excellent compost,I do this and my trees are amazing, I also live in Queensland

I will check how many seeds I got and also the proper name and will add the seeds to my online shop this week. I thought these could be the Poona cucumbers but the person I got once the seeds from told me they are Thai Cucumbers so trying to find out if its the same.

I guess Zucchini noodles would be similar to spaghetti squash in taste and texture. Have you ever tried to over Winter peppers?

Yes! Similar to spaghetti squash :) and yes, I leave all my capsicum and chili plants for a quite few years in the ground until they get tired. They do pretty well during our subtropical winter, too.
