Ok sana ang topic nyo pero mas ok kung tinuro kung pano makaavail ng condo,inexplain yung ano mga dapat bayaran bako ka makalipat halimbawa sa condo o bahay na binili mo, tsaka pano malaman kung legit yung property na binibili mo anong mga dokumento ang kailangan o maipakita ng nagbebenta as proof of authenticity or legality ng property na binibili.

Tapos sakripisyo nalang sa byahe papasok ng trabaho, isa ring dahilan kaya malala ang trapik dahil maraming katulad namin na tumitira sa malalayong lugar tapos nagtityaga bumyahe papasok sa trabaho. At sana ang mga unit ay hindi lang para sa mga government employees o para sa kamag anak ni tanod, ni kagawad, ni brgy. captain, ni vice mayor, ni mayor, ni vice governor, ni governor. Dapat para sa mga nagtatrabaho o nagpepension para siguradong may panghulog monthly. Hindi lang porket botante ka at iboboto mo sila, magkaka unit kana.
