going to explain my case to you. Today is sep 18 2024. I had pain and discomfort start on my anal area on july 2. It was anal abscess and burst by itself after 2 weeks. Then pus drainage continuously from that day. And i had antibiotics from there for two weeks. Then it does not stop from there drainage going on. And i did incision drainage on august 12. And I have antibiotics for 1 week. In aug 23 i did ct scan to check there is fistula or not but good news was there is no fistula formation. As of yesterday there is minimal drainage going on once or sometimes twice a day cause i change sterilize pads once in the morning and once in the night. I am anxious about my conditions. Is it going to heal in coming days or i have to live like this. I am in canada right now and surgeon has examine it on sep 9. And he thought that it is not urgent of surgery but also fill the form for surgery. Here in canada health sector is not good i have to wait to wait 2 months to wait for that examine appointment of surgeon. Surgeons are too busy here so that they are not consider as is urgent. I thought so. What should i do ? Really need opinions.

Hello sir Firstly don’t worry go to nearby proctologist for incision and drainage…. and pus culture is also important for proper antibiotics…. And Make sure to get an MRI fistulogram done as well.
