I can totally relate to all of these things. restriction,fear weight gain etc. It becomes very overwhelming,and when people try to judge you,it makes it so much worse. Unless you go through this terrible ordeal on a daily basis,you wouldnt understand.

I am so sorry you are going through this and I am so proud of you for asking for help I recommend telling your primary care physician since they can help you find a psychiatrist and psychologist you can also try CBT and dbt workbooks for eating disorders or find a support group balance has a virtual one

@@chrevek2714 eating small amounts of food for an extended period of time and suddenly eating a calorie dense meal has the risk of causing refeeding syndrome which can be fatal
