Familiar places, Lowdham, Gonalston, Hoveringham. You were there just before lock-down Paul when we met at Blidworth. I grew up in Lowdham. Interesting about the lane from East Bridgeford, I used to climb that every morning riding to work in Hawksworth. Used to have a girlfriend in East Bridgeford too...Oh happy days! 👍🚴🙂

Paul if you're out that way again check out the Bridleway from Hollybeck Garden centre( B6386) to Thurgarton 3 mile across an area with no roads

That's a nice long bridleway. Then off that you can drop into Bleasby and back along the river or along another across the fields back towards Gunthorpe.

Hi Paul - just seen this video, great stuff. I am looking to cycle from home (close to Worksop), through to Southwell and then Fiskerton picking up the Trent and then continue onto Nottingham. I'll be riding my gravel bike and trying to work out the suitability of either the Trent Valley way (south side of the river) or the roads / tracks on the north side of the river. Your input would be much appreciated :)

I keep an old garmin edge 200 in a bag, so if the wahoo goes dead, it is out with the garmin.

Sign just means it's a dead-end except for people on bikes ^.^ Think I've been done that very road, thought about taking the grass along that section of the trent, but didn't have the Sonder back at the time. Am pondering whether we should/could have a vlogexception this Sunday?
