There are actually two trophies you could miss. If you do the tweek and Craig mission where you get their other ultimate and you Haven't used tweek's and craig's normal ultimates then you could miss the orgy of Power trophy

As a die-hard South Park fan and avid gamer, I absolutely loved this game. It's not just a great RPG - it's a South Park episode that you get to play. Heyo! I somehow started playing this game when this video was released (what a coincidence!). Just a bit of advice if you want to get into The Fractured But Whole from this video: When getting the "Through the Bowels of Time" trophy, DON'T BE IMPATIENT. Specifically at the cutscenes; for some reason, my playthrough did not award me with it, because I am super impatient and didn't have time for cutscenes. So, I never got the Trophy or "The Token Experience", meaning I had to do a second walkthrough just to get "Through the Bowels of Time". Still got the Platinum in twelve days, but just a bit of advice. Take care, (Freedom) Pals.

something else that may make someone wonder is the economic class achievement. I didn't get mine until I exited out back to the main menu even though I had left the bank and wandered up to Canada before going to Main Menu
